Guests travelling to London Stadium can do so by using any of the following services:

– 388 runs between Blackfriars and Stratford City, and is central London’s service to Stratford travelling through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, stopping at the Copper Box Arena and Westfield Avenue near the London Aquatics Centre.
– 308 Clapton and Wanstead service stops at Stratford City near the station entrance, as well as Celebration Avenue in East Village.
– 339 moves passengers between Leytonstone and Shadwell. This service stops at Stratford City, near the station entrance, as well as the London Aquatics Centre on Carpenters Road at King ’s Yard, before exiting the Park at White Post Lane.
– D8 moves people between Crossharbour and Stratford International. This service travels through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, including stops at Carpenters Road and Pool Street, which is next to the London Aquatics Centre.

Stratford and Stratford City bus stations are both located in close proximity to Stratford station itself. The following services run to these stations:

– 25 between Oxford Street and Ilford
– 25 from Oxford Street to Ilford
– 69 from Canning Town to Walthamstow

Cyclists can make use of the London Cycle Superhighway, extending from central London (Aldgate) to Stratford City.

Cyclists taking advantage of the London Cycle Hire Scheme (Santander Bikes) can access an extensive network of docking points for London ’s cycle hire scheme, making it even easier to access the Park on two wheels.

There are eight docking stations spread across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park alone. With those closest to London Stadium being:

– Copper Box Arena
– London Aquatics Centre
– Monier Road
– The Podium
– Stratford Station

We ’d advise all of our visitors to think seriously about how they make their journeys, especially with customers able to take advantage of the extensive public transport network servicing London Stadium. There will also be road closures active around the venue active during event days to allow fans to arrive and leave the venue quickly and safely

The closest car parks to London Stadium are situated at Stratford Westfield.

For those wishing to take to travel by motorbike, the closest parking to London Stadium is situated in Stratford International and Stratford Westfield

For visitors wishing to travel via taxi, black cabs are available from the taxi rank in Montfichet Road, situated outside the Northern Ticket Hall at Stratford station (near Starbucks on the Lower Ground Floor). For your return journey, black cabs can be found at a temporary rank at Pool Street.

Again, please note that roads are subject to closures on event days, and we’d recommend all visitors plan journeys accordingly.

London Stadium is easily accessible to visitors travelling from further afield, with the following travel plans recommended to guests. The final leg walk to London Stadium from Stratford and Stratford International stations is approximately 20 minutes.

From London Heathrow (approximately an hour and 40 minutes travel time)

– Take the Piccadilly line to King’s Cross St Pancras

– Walk to St Pancras International station (five minutes)

– Take the Southeastern train service to Stratford International

– Walk to London Stadium

From London Gatwick (approximately an hour and 20 minutes travel time)

– Take the Thameslink train to St Pancras International

– Then board the Southeastern train service to Stratford International

– Walk to London Stadium

From London Luton (approximately an hour and 20 minutes travel time)

– Take the Luton Airport shuttle bus, or 888 bus service to Luton train station

When is the London show date?
The London Stadium show will be on Saturday 29th June 2024.

General Admission – Platinum Circle Standing – Gold Circle and Pitch Standing – No Under 14s, Under 16s accompanied by an Adult aged 18+ 

Reserved Seats – Under 16s accompanied by an Adult aged 18+, No children 5 and under 

Search And Bag Policies
Avoid delays – please don’t bring bags to the venue. All bags will be subject to a search regime. Large bags are not permitted and there are no left luggage facilities.

All visitors may be searched – please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Some events may have specific search policies.

All turnstile blocks have disabled access doors, and the main concourses are level and step free, with accessible lifts spread across all levels.

Accessible seating is available on each level at London Stadium, including: aisle seats, seats with few or no steps nearby, seating which have nothing directly in front of them, and those closest to toilet facilities.

Numerous rest areas and benches are located across Stadium Island and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. 

Members of staff from West Ham United’s accessibility teams will be on hand and proactive at London Stadium, as well as providing support on key routes in and out of the venue.

Kindly note that if you have your own wheelchair, it will be left in designated areas at the owner’s risk.

Access to box office

Five windows at the West Ham United ticket office are at accessible height for wheelchair users, and use induction loops to support visitors using hearing aids.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome into London Stadium, and can stay in wheelchair bays. Kindly note that any assistance dogs must remain with their owner at all times.

Catering kiosks

All concourse catering units in close proximity to wheelchair-accessible seating areas have been designed to accommodate wheelchair users.

Toilets / Changing Rooms

All of London Stadium’s accessible toilets are unisex, and available on all levels close to wheelchair bays. These facilities are larger than standard wheelchair-accessible toilets, and include a height-adjustable changing bencher hoist and room for up to two PAs.

London Stadium has three adult changing places facilities, two situated on podium level, and one in the Stadium’s Hospitality area. 

Fully accessible toilets & baby changing rooms are also available across London Stadium.
